Charlie was dressed for the sunny Los Angeles weather in an olive canvas jacket and a dark plaid shirt. He completed his look with blue jeans and brown leather boots, and carried a brown duffel bag. He even stopped to put on sunglasses to shield his eyes from the bright sun.

Charlie is making this appearance while also working on a lot of projects. He was seen filming the fourth season of the Netflix series Monster back in December. The show is set to come back later this year, and this season will tell the story of Lizzie Borden.
Charlie recently got people talking at the 2026 Critics’ Choice Awards. During an interview, he called his partner, Morgana McNelis, his “wife,” leading to speculation that they’ve tied the knot. However, neither Charlie nor Morgana has confirmed whether or not they’re married.
Charlie is adding more projects to his schedule. In May 2024, Amazon Prime Video announced he’ll be playing Leo, a highly skilled thief, in a new series based on the comic book Criminal by Ed Brubaker and Sean Phillips.
Charlie recently starred in “Monster: The Ed Gein Story,” which premiered in October 2025. He played the role of Ed Gein, a convicted murderer and grave robber, in the third season of the Netflix crime anthology series. He was also an executive producer for that season, working both in front of and behind the camera.
Charlie’s relationships have also been a topic of public interest. He was married to actress Katharine Towne from 1999 to 2002, after they met while she auditioned for the show Dawson’s Creek.
He’s dated several famous women, like Sophie Dahl and Stella Parker. He’s been with artist Morgana McNelis since 2005, and recent comments have fueled rumors about whether they’re still together.
