Kate Hudson Channels Old Hollywood Glam in a Show-Stopping Vintage Armani at the 2026 Golden Globes

Kate Hudson turned heads at the 2026 Golden Globes, bringing a classic Hollywood vibe with a contemporary edge. She was nominated for Best Actress for her performance in Song Sung Blue and arrived in Beverly Hills wearing a stunning Giorgio Armani Privé gown that blended the glamour of the 1970s with touches of 2000s fashion.

The acclaimed actor, nominated for an Oscar, stars as one half of a married couple who perform as a Neil Diamond tribute act in the film Song Sung Blue. Set in the 1970s, the movie captures the energy of the live performance scene. At the film’s premiere, the actor wore an Armani gown originally from the spring 2007 collection, but updated for the current year, 2026.

The dress was made of a shimmering, silver fabric that draped beautifully. It had a halter top and was sleeveless. Sparkling jewels were strung all over the gown, and the cut of the skirt allowed it to flow gracefully as she walked.

Kate Hudson completed her outfit with jewelry from Garatti, a brand often used by her stylist, Sophie Lopez. The look blended classic Hollywood glamour with a contemporary feel, which suited her character in Song Sung Blue perfectly.

I’ve been loving Kate Hudson’s fashion choices while she’s been promoting her new movie! She’s really committed to this cool retro-modern vibe. For the New York premiere, she stunned in a Valentino gown, and then in Berlin, she went super bold with this amazing, sheer electric blue Vera Wang dress. Even in London, she kept the theme going with a beautifully embroidered floral dress – it’s like she’s letting her character inspire all her outfits, which is so cool to see.

Last year at the Golden Globes, Kate Hudson wore a stunning strapless Carolina Herrera gown from the upcoming 2025 collection, completing the look with a bold jeweled necklace. She’s known for choosing glamorous and eye-catching outfits for the event, like the sheer black Valentino dress she wore in 2018 and a daring white Versace dress in 2015.
