Netflix has dropped a new trailer for its upcoming film, The Rip, offering a sneak peek at the movie’s suspenseful story and atmosphere. The trailer reveals a gritty and unsettling world where it’s difficult to know who to trust. The film centers around Miami police officers who discover a secret cache of millions of dollars, and things quickly become complicated as news of the find spreads.
As external pressures mount, the police officers start to distrust one another. What began as a simple discovery quickly becomes a perilous situation, pushing their loyalties to the limit.
The movie boasts a star-studded cast. Ben Affleck plays a police chief, and Matt Damon is a lieutenant. Rounding out the ensemble are Steven Yeun, Teyana Taylor, Sasha Calle, Catalina Sandino Moreno, Scott Adkins, Kyle Chandler, Néstor Carbonell, and Lina Esco.
Kyle Chandler plays a DEA agent caught in an escalating conflict. The story explores how characters respond when driven by greed, fear, and mistrust.
