Pi Network: Will It Boom or Bust? 😱

February of ’25, the Pi Network token stumbled into the light like a newborn calf – all wobbly and hopeful. It reared up, quick-like, reaching nearly three dollars. Folks got to thinkin’ they were holdin’ gold. But the land ain’t always generous. Come October, it was down to seventeen cents. Seventeen! Like findin’ a dust bunny where a fortune oughta been. A ninety-three percent tumble in a year. Makes a man wonder if he shouldn’t have just bought land.

Ended ’25 at twenty cents, which is…well, it’s somethin’. Now, we took this situation to one of them artificial thinkin’ machines, ChatGPT, and asked it what ’26 held. Wanted to know the worst, the absolute bottom of the barrel. Figured even a machine can spin a yarn about money.

Ten Cents? Five Cents? Lord Have Mercy…

That machine, cool as a cucumber, starts talkin’ about a bear market. Keeps on keepin’ on, it says. PI goes to five cents. Maybe lower. All them folks who got in early, finally able to sell, unloadin’ everything at once. A flood of tokens, washin’ away any hope. And ain’t nobody outside the Pi Network really needin’ this thing. Seems kinda…circular, don’t it?

“If the rest of the crypto world gets the jitters in ’26,” the machine says, all official-like, “PI could fall to ten cents, maybe even five. Another seventy-five percent gone. Just like all them other projects built on dreams and not much else.” It almost sounded…disappointed. Likely just as disappointed as its users. 🙄

But What if the Bulls Get to Ruminatin’?

Now, the machine switched gears. Said if folks actually used the thing, if even a little piece of them tens of millions ever started tradin’ within the network, things could get interesting. Real interesting. It talked about five dollars. Five! Sounds like a tall tale, I tell ya. Like sayin’ a pig can fly. But crypto, that’s a strange beast. Maybe it can fly, or maybe it will just fall in the mud.

The machine said “violent upside” if it got on some of them big exchanges. Violent. That’s a strong word for a computer program. But it was still just a prediction, a whisper in the wind. Like tryin’ to predict which way dust will blow.

Then it came down to earth. Said the most likely thing is…nothin’ much. Just kinda sittin’ there, wobblin’ between fifteen and forty cents all year. A little hiccup here, a little spike there. Just enough to keep folks hopin’, but not enough to buy a new tractor. 🤷‍♀️
