Tom Hiddleston and Zawe Ashton Welcome Baby No. 2 — Fans Celebrate the Happy News

Tom Hiddleston and Zawe Ashton have welcomed their second child together.

Tom Hiddleston, 44, recently shared the wonderful news of his child’s birth in an interview with GQ. He called becoming a father “the most beautiful, profound, earth-shattering, life-altering” experience of his life.

The couple, who generally keep their private life to themselves, welcomed their first child in 2022. Ashton, 41, subtly shared news about the baby in November with an Instagram post during a visit to a local baby bank. She wrote about her experience recovering after childbirth and how it made her think about children facing hardship, saying, “I’ve been thinking a lot about children living in really difficult situations and the people who work hard to help them.”

In June, Tom Hiddleston and Dakota Johnson announced they were expecting their second child in a Vogue feature. They made their first public appearance as a family-to-be at the U.K. premiere of Hiddleston’s film, The Life of Chuck, during SXSW London, where Johnson showcased her growing baby bump.

I’ve been following Tom Hiddleston and Taylor Swift’s relationship since they first turned heads together at the Tony Awards back in September 2021. But their connection actually goes back a bit further – they initially worked together in 2018 for a fun debate about Dickens versus Tolstoy. That led to a professional partnership, and then a romantic one, as they co-starred in the 2019 revival of Harold Pinter’s Betrayal, both in London’s West End and on Broadway. And, of course, they announced they were getting engaged in March of 2022.

The couple generally keeps their children’s lives private, so fans are excited to hear they’re expanding their family.
