The service is featuring what’s popular now, as well as recently added films.

‘Roofman’ (2025)

Channing Tatum stars as Jeffrey Manchester, a real-life criminal, in the movie ‘Roofman,’ a biographical crime drama. The film tells the story of a former soldier who became known for robbing restaurants while hiding out in a toy store. Directed by Derek Cianfrance, the movie combines crime and emotional storytelling to create a captivating experience. It’s quickly gained popularity on streaming services thanks to its unusual plot and Tatum’s performance.

‘The Naked Gun’ (2025)

Liam Neeson steps into the shoes of the hilarious detective Frank Drebin in a new ‘Naked Gun’ movie, continuing the tradition of silly visual gags and fast-paced jokes that made the original films so popular. Directed by Akiva Schaffer, this reboot updates the classic comedy for a new audience. Fans of the original series are enjoying how the film balances familiar moments with new, funny material.

‘Vicious’ (2025)

In the psychological thriller ‘Vicious,’ Dakota Fanning plays a woman whose life turns into a terrifying nightmare after she receives a strange gift. Directed by Bryan Bertino, the film builds suspense and dread as she struggles to survive a terrifying ordeal within her own home, facing a threat she doesn’t understand. This movie continues Dakota Fanning’s successful career in the horror genre.

‘Predators’ (2010)

I’m a huge fan of the ‘Predators’ movie! It’s awesome to see a bunch of tough characters – mercenaries, criminals, the works – suddenly dropped onto this crazy alien planet and forced to fight for their lives. Royce is the leader, and he’s got his hands full trying to keep everyone alive in such a brutal place. Nimród Antal did a fantastic job directing, really building on the whole ‘Predator’ universe with non-stop action. Plus, the cast is amazing – Adrien Brody and Laurence Fishburne are both in it, playing survivors trying to outsmart these incredibly advanced hunters. It’s a seriously thrilling ride!

‘Scrooged’ (1988)

Let me tell you, ‘Scrooged’ is a fantastic take on the Dickens classic. Bill Murray is brilliant as Frank Cross, a truly cynical TV executive who gets a serious wake-up call on Christmas Eve. Three ghosts show up, and let’s just say it changes his life! It’s funny, often darkly so, but also genuinely heartwarming as he rediscovers what Christmas is really about. Richard Donner really nailed it with this one; it’s become a holiday tradition for so many, and for good reason – it’s a seasonal favorite that holds up year after year.

‘Daddy’s Home 2’ (2017)

‘Daddy’s Home 2’ is a funny sequel where Brad and Dusty have to navigate the holidays with their overbearing fathers. Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg are back as the leads, joined by Mel Gibson and John Lithgow. The movie follows the families as they try to make the holidays special, leading to plenty of hilarious chaos. It’s a lighthearted look at the ups and downs of co-parenting and blending families.

‘Dear Santa’ (2024)

In the comedy ‘Dear Santa,’ Jack Black plays a funny take on the devil who mistakenly gets a letter intended for Santa Claus. The movie centers around the hilarious problems that happen when a boy misspellings a word on his Christmas wish list. Directed by Bobby Farrelly, the film combines a magical storyline with classic holiday traditions. Black’s energetic performance is the heart of the comedy and makes it enjoyable for audiences of all ages.

’21 Jump Street’ (2012)

In the action comedy ’21 Jump Street,’ two police officers go back to high school undercover to shut down a drug operation. Officers Schmidt and Jenko quickly realize that high school is very different now than when they were students. The film, directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, playfully twists common action and comedy clichés. Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum star, and their great on-screen chemistry is a highlight.

‘American Hustle’ (2013)

‘American Hustle’ is a glamorous crime drama directed by David O. Russell, based on the true story of the FBI’s Abscam operation from the late 1970s. The film follows two con artists who are compelled to collaborate with a federal agent to expose and trap corrupt politicians. Starring Christian Bale, Amy Adams, and Bradley Cooper, it was praised for its strong acting and authentic depiction of the era.

‘The Equalizer 2’ (2018)

I’m so excited for ‘The Equalizer 2’! Denzel Washington is back as Robert McCall, and it’s amazing to see him take on bad guys while also driving for a rideshare company. This time, things get really personal when a friend of his is killed, forcing him to deal with some dangerous people from his old life. It’s directed by Antoine Fuqua, and from what I’ve seen, it’s less about big explosions and more about a compelling story with real tension and stakes for McCall. It’s a really gripping film!
