We’re truly sorry for the confusion and frustration caused by how we recently managed the Guild Raid.

We previously announced we were ending the current Guild Raid season early and would reset all progress. We’ve realized this was a mistake and didn’t properly consider the time and effort you’ve all put in.

We sincerely apologize for letting you know the season was canceled so late, and for not fully recognizing and appreciating all the hard work you invested in the Guild Raid.

We carefully reviewed your feedback, particularly your point that preserving the records and accomplishments of your guild is more important than financial compensation. We now understand how wrong our decision was.

We’ve carefully looked into this again to honor your hard work and dedication. As a result, we’re reversing our previous decision and will continue the current Guild Raid season as planned, without removing any existing scores. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and are sharing the updated details below.

The current Guild Raid season will continue without any breaks, and all your progress will be saved. This means your scores, rankings, and earned rewards will stay the same – all the hard work you and your guild have put in won’t be lost.

Just wanted to let you all know that the extra season we talked about earlier isn’t going to happen. We’ve made the tough decision to cancel it, so please don’t wait for it. It’s a bummer, I know, but wanted to keep everyone in the loop!
