Fans Go Wild as Apple Martin Rocks Gwyneth Paltrow’s Old Red Carpet Look

Apple Martin turned heads at the New York premiere of Marty Supreme with a vintage look: a black Calvin Klein dress originally worn by her mother, Gwyneth Paltrow, almost 30 years ago at the Emma premiere in 1996.

I have to say, Gwyneth Paltrow looked amazing at the event! She went with this really chic, minimalist black Valentino Haute Couture gown. It was sweet seeing her and Apple on the red carpet together – they both kept things pretty simple and natural with minimal jewelry and those effortless, undone hairstyles. It felt really genuine and not overly styled, which I appreciated.

Josh Safdie’s new film, Marty Supreme, features Gwyneth Paltrow as Kay Stone, a former actress, and Timothée Chalamet as Marty Mauser, a young man pursuing a career in table tennis. It hits theaters on December 25th.

That dress – a sheer black top with a dramatic long train – is legendary, and it’s so cool to see Apple embracing those iconic looks.
