‘Game of Thrones’ (2011–2019)

In the epic world of Westeros, nine powerful families are locked in a fierce battle for the Iron Throne. As they scheme and form shifting alliances, a long-forgotten enemy awakens after millennia. This struggle for power plays out across vast lands, with houses competing through warfare and carefully planned marriages. Slowly, dragons and magic return, threatening to upend everything and reshape the fate of Westeros.
‘A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms’ (2026–)

I’m so excited about this new show! It takes place 100 years before ‘Game of Thrones,’ and it’s all about a knight named Ser Duncan the Tall and his young squire, Egg. What people don’t know is Egg is secretly a Targaryen prince in hiding! The story follows them as they travel around Westeros when the Targaryens still ruled, and it’s full of adventures and clashes with some pretty dangerous characters. It’s a time of peace, but you can feel the tension building underneath everything, which I think is going to be fantastic.
‘Landman’ (2024–)

This story takes place in the fast-growing oil towns of West Texas, offering a look inside the world of oil rigs. It follows the lives of oil workers and incredibly wealthy entrepreneurs whose work is driving economic and environmental change. The series shows the harsh realities of the oil industry and the extreme lengths people will go to for wealth.
‘Spartacus: House of Ashur’ (2025–)

This new installment of the series imagines a different fate for Ashur – he survives the eruption of Mount Vesuvius. As a reward for helping the Romans crush the slave revolt, he receives ownership of Batiatus’s gladiator school. Now, Ashur must contend with the dangerous world of Roman politics while running his school, and the series promises the same thrilling action and complex storylines as before.
‘The Beast in Me’ (2025)

Okay, so I just finished watching this thriller, and it really got under my skin. It centers around a novelist, clearly still reeling from a terrible loss – the death of her son – who’s basically become a recluse. Then, a new neighbor moves in, and he’s… interesting. Turns out, he’s a super-rich property developer who was once looked at as a suspect in his wife’s disappearance. Naturally, our writer gets intrigued, thinking he’d be a fantastic subject for her next book. But she quickly gets way too involved, and honestly, it’s a wild ride as she starts digging into his past. The line between what’s real and what she’s imagining gets seriously blurred, and she uncovers some genuinely disturbing secrets. It’s a gripping story about obsession and how far someone will go for their art – and the truth.
‘Heated Rivalry’ (2025–)

Two hockey players on opposing teams have been rivals for years, but their competition unexpectedly blossoms into a secret love affair. They’re forced to keep their relationship hidden from fans and teammates, fearing it could ruin their careers. The story delves into the high-stakes world of professional hockey and the difficulties of leading a double life, as their strong connection both on and off the ice forces them to confront what’s truly important.
‘IT: Welcome to Derry’ (2025–)

As a huge fan of Stephen King’s ‘It’, I’m so excited about this new series! It dives into the backstory of Derry and how Pennywise, that terrifying clown, first came to be. It’s set in the 60s, showing everything that happened before the first movie we all know and love. Basically, it explains how this evil thing woke up and started terrorizing the town. It’s really adding a lot more depth to the whole ‘It’ universe, and I can’t wait to see how it all connects!
‘The Abandons’ (2025–)

In 1850s Oregon, a diverse community of families bands together to protect their homes from a powerful, corrupt group trying to steal their land. Facing the dangers of the frontier and greedy outsiders, they must overcome their disagreements to survive. This western drama explores the violent history of westward expansion and the difficult choices people made to build a life, seeking justice through courage and determination.
‘Pluribus’ (2025–)

This science fiction drama, starring Rhea Seehorn and set in Albuquerque, offers a realistic look at what it means to be human. The show centers around a character whose life is turned upside down, forcing her to cope with a world where the rules of physics don’t always apply – all while dealing with the complexities of her personal life. It’s a story about the impact our decisions have when everything changes.
‘Stranger Things’ (2016–2025)

The people of Hawkins are in a desperate battle against Vecna and the terrifying world of the Upside Down. Eleven and her friends need to work together, using all their strength and bravery, to save their town from being completely destroyed.
