Michael B. Jordan Confirms ‘Creed’ Spin-Off Series Centered on Adonis’ Daughter in the Works

Michael B. Jordan has hinted that the Creed story isn’t over. He revealed that they’re already working on new ideas, including a series focusing on Adonis Creed’s daughter, Amara.

The show will be available on Amazon and will tell the story of how the ‘Rocky’ universe grows, which Jordan refers to as the ‘Creed-verse’.

Jordan has confirmed that a fourth Creed movie is still in the works. He explained that he feels there are more stories to tell within the Creed universe.

He said, “Eventually, yes,” explaining that while the series is very important to him, he doesn’t plan to continue boxing in movies indefinitely. He also pointed out that the films have introduced a lot of popular characters, giving them opportunities to create new storylines and explore different ideas.

He plans to remain involved with the franchise even when he’s not actively performing. He believes that related projects and new ideas will ensure the series continues to thrive, and won’t depend solely on his participation. As he put it, “These smaller stories will keep the world going, even without me at the center of it.”

Michael B. Jordan has previously discussed Creed IV. He stated in 2023 that a fourth film was definitely planned, and producers have since confirmed it’s currently being made, with Jordan also returning to direct.

As a huge fan of the Rocky universe, I was really excited to hear that the filmmakers are open to bringing Sylvester Stallone back as Rocky if it feels right for the story. And more recently, Michael B. Jordan shared with The Hollywood Reporter that he’s hoping to collaborate with Jonathan Majors again – he’d love to make Creed IV with him, which I think would be fantastic!

The series is planned to expand with both movies and TV shows, but details about the release schedule haven’t been announced yet. Jordan has promised fans will see familiar characters return, and he’s also excited to introduce some new faces.
