The show stars Iñaki Godoy as Monkey D. Luffy, and brings back Mackenyu as Zoro, Emily Rudd as Nami, Jacob Romero Gibson as Usopp, and Taz Skylar as Sanji. The first season on Netflix also included performances by Peter Gadiot (Shanks), Morgan Davies (Koby), Ilia Isorelýs Paulino (Alvida), Jeff Ward (Buggy), McKinley Belcher III (Arlong), Vincent Regan (Garp), and a large cast of other actors who helped create the world of Eiichiro Oda’s story.

Season two features an expanded cast, including Brendan Sean Murray as Brogy, Werner Coetser as Dorry, Rob Colletti as Wapol, Katey Sagal as Dr. Kureha, Mark Harelik as Dr. Hiriluk, Joe Manganiello as Mr. 0, Lera Abova as Miss All Sunday, Charithra Chandran as Miss Wednesday, and David Dastmalchian as Mr. 3, along with other new characters. According to Netflix, the new season will take the Straw Hat crew further into the treacherous Grand Line, where they’ll encounter both friends and enemies, and face many challenges.

Okay, so Netflix just dropped the title card for the next season, and honestly, it’s giving us chills! They’re being pretty tight-lipped about specifics, but they’ve suggested that the new look and feel of the designs aren’t just for show – they actually hint at major plot points and important characters we’ll be seeing a lot of. It’s a clever tease that definitely has me excited to see where things are going.
