Skill Rundown
Devouring Maw

Don’t let enemies inflict the Rot debuff! If an ally gets it, it will activate C1, potentially interfering with the cooldown reset from your S4 ability.
Thorned Scales
Once you use this ability, you’ll need to break the barrier by striking each affected tile three times with your character.
Delirious Strike

Make sure at least one of your characters receives the attack to activate C1. Don’t worry about how much damage Rot says it does – the actual damage is based on your allies’ maximum health, meaning they’ll likely take very little damage.
Autolysis
An ally has the Rot debuff.
You can activate this ability by receiving damage from Skill 1, but doing so would prevent its weakness debuff from syncing with Skill 4’s cooldown reduction.
To reset the cooldown, use this skill right after using skill S3. Also, be sure to break the barrier created by skill S2.
Surging Malice

Let your teammates take the damage so they can use their powerful ability again right away! It lets them use it twice in a row.
Ophidiophobia
Everyone on the enemy team has been eliminated! Your new team will now battle, while the Fiend returns to the starting point and prepares its special ability again.
Hunting the Fiend
S1 → S2 → S3 → C1 → S4 → S5
Don’t get hit by S1’s attack, as it will activate C1 too early. It’s best to activate C1 after using S3, so the vulnerability debuff matches up with S4’s cooldown reset. This lets your strongest characters use their most powerful attacks twice in a row. Remember to break the barrier from S2 by hitting each important tile three times.
DPS Review

Tyr deals significant area-of-effect damage (14 tiles with Zenith) and her skill is available more often thanks to her fourth skill. However, to maximize her effectiveness against enemies, she needs to use Zenith, which allows her to cover twice as many tiles and concentrate her attacks on the central lane.
Nebris deals significant damage even before reaching Constellation 1 and Skill Level 4. She can quickly build up her damage and then use her ‘New Hire’ ability twice consecutively for a powerful attack.
The High Elf Archer deals area-of-effect damage to multiple enemies (9 at a time). Because her ability can be used frequently (every 1 turn), if she’s the main damage dealer on your team, enemies can easily activate her team’s C1 ability by getting the damage-over-time effect from her skill.
Venaka’s ability to weaken enemies to wind damage is very useful, but her attack timing isn’t ideal for this particular enemy. However, if you’re already using Zenith (who is also helpful with Tyr), Venaka’s attacks will work perfectly to boost Tyr’s damage and provide support.
Okay, so as a fan, I’ve been trying Dalvi for this hunt, and honestly, her area-of-effect attacks just aren’t clicking. The way the battlefield is laid out doesn’t really let her hit many enemies at once, and her special skill, Bright Moon, doesn’t cover enough ground. Plus, even if I could get her skill to hit multiple targets, the damage over time isn’t worth the cooldown reset, you know?
