Before Chris Hemsworth became famous as Thor, he practiced acting by making videos at home – as everyone does when pursuing a dream! Recently, he shared one of his first acting attempts in a new documentary: a heartwarming impersonation of the beloved wildlife expert, Steve Irwin.
Chris Hemsworth shared a funny video online where he impersonated the late Steve Irwin, the beloved wildlife expert. He joked it was his first unofficial acting role and that he was inspired by Irwin, one of his heroes. The video shows Hemsworth, acting like Irwin, ‘tracking’ their family dog and pretending it’s a rare ‘Siberian Australian Fox.’ It’s a charming tribute, especially considering both Hemsworth and Irwin are Australian.
What’s really touching is that Steve Irwin’s son, Robert, shared that his dad would have loved the video. Steve Irwin sadly passed away in 2006 after being injured by a stingray, long before Chris Hemsworth became famous for his role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
