A new holiday special arrives on Disney+ on Friday, November 28th. It follows elves Lanny and Wayne as a series of blunders lead Wayne to believe he’s in hot water with Santa. Directed by Shane Zalvin and executive produced by Kevin Deters and Stevie Wermers-Skelton – both veterans of the series – the special revisits classic moments from previous adventures while introducing new storylines and expanding the world of ‘Prep & Landing’.
‘Flight Risk’ (2025)

The thriller, directed by Mel Gibson and written by Jared Rosenberg, will be available on HBO Max starting Wednesday, November 26th. It follows a pilot flying a U.S. Deputy Marshal and a prisoner through the Alaskan wilderness, where secrets and hidden agendas create tension. The film stars Mark Wahlberg, Michelle Dockery, Topher Grace, and Leah Remini. Antônio Pinto composed the music, Johnny Derango handled the cinematography, and Steven Rosenblum edited the film. ‘Fake Yourself a Merry Little Christmas’ (2025)
