You can buy the Morale Chant Inner Way from Tang Bao Weiyang Merchant in Blissful Retreat, located in the central Qinghe region of Where Winds Meet, for 5000 Echo Jade.

You can primarily earn Echo Jade by playing through the campaign, exploring the world, completing Daily Tasks, participating in Events, progressing through the Battle Pass, and redeeming Exchange Codes.

Once you’ve bought all 10 Morale Chant Pages from Tang Bao, find them in your Bag (press B) under the “Develop” section. Click on each page to open a menu and choose “Comprehend.” After doing that, you can equip the Morale Chant by going to Develop (press H), then Abilities, and finally Inner Way.
