As a huge fan of Lara Croft, I was so excited to see Netflix finally dropped the official trailer for the second and last season of Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft! Mark your calendars, because it’s hitting screens on December 11, 2025.
The show centers around Lara Croft, an adventurer, who teams up with her close friend Sam after discovering that valuable African Orisha masks have been stolen. Together, they set out to recover the artifacts.
Lara embarks on an exciting worldwide journey, uncovering the mysteries of Orisha history. She must outwit a ruthless billionaire who also seeks ancient masks, discovering they hold dangerous secrets and a seemingly supernatural power – a power that might even be godly.

The new trailer reveals Lara Croft’s latest adventure, where she’s up against enemies with extraordinary powers gained from ancient artifacts. Lara needs to stop them from unleashing these powers and causing global chaos. The trailer is packed with thrilling action and suspenseful scenes from the upcoming season.
Hayley Atwell reprises her role as the voice of Lara Croft, and she’s joined by a talented cast including Karen Fukuhara as Sam Nishimura, Allen Maldonado as Zip, Earl Baylon as Jonah, Richard Armitage as Charles, Zoe Boyle as Camilla, Nolan North as Conrad, and Ming-Na Wen as Eva.
Tasha Huo, known for her work on The Witcher: Blood Origin and Red Sonja, wrote and is the executive producer of the series. Powerhouse Animation did the animation, and Legendary Television produced it.
