A new build (2.9.18) that addresses known issues has been released.
This update includes several fixes: We’ve resolved a problem that prevented some older iPhones and iPads from running the game. We also fixed a crash that could happen during the box delivery quest when trying to overlap boxes. Finally, we’ve corrected an issue where the reward screen would unexpectedly appear after completing Floor 31 of the Tower of Salvation.
If you’re updating the app on an iPhone or iPad in Standard Definition (SD), the download might use a lot of data. We suggest connecting to Wi-Fi to avoid high data charges.
If you’re having this problem, please update the app to version 2.9.18. It should fix things for you.
