Hey everyone, just wanted to give you a quick update on the web store maintenance. We’ve had some unexpected issues with our payment processor, so we’ve had to push back the maintenance that was planned for tomorrow, November 6th. I know this is frustrating, and I’m really sorry for the inconvenience and any confusion it’s causing. We’re working hard to get everything sorted out as quickly as possible!
We’re doing some necessary maintenance to make the system more reliable and faster, and we appreciate your patience.
Scheduled maintenance will occur on Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM UTC (a 4-hour window). During this time, our web shop will be temporarily unavailable.
Just a heads-up about the upcoming maintenance! They’re saying it might take a little longer or finish up sooner than expected, depending on how things go. The good news is, it shouldn’t interrupt gameplay at all! I’d probably avoid making any in-game purchases right before it starts, just to be safe, but purchases through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store will be totally fine. They’ll let us know if anything changes with the timing, so we’ll be kept in the loop.
