The first trailer for Baahubali: The Eternal War is now available, offering fans a sneak peek at the continuation of the popular Indian epic. The trailer features the hero Amarendra Baahubali doing incredible stunts with a unique, colorful animation style similar to Spider-Verse, blending ancient mythology with modern 3D effects.
Directed by Ishan Shukla, who previously worked on the Star Wars: Visions episode The Bandits of Golak, this new film continues the story of Baahubali after the events of Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali: The Conclusion. Unlike those films, which centered on Baahubali’s life on Earth, this one sends the hero on an epic adventure through the cosmos.

The story follows Amarendra Baahubali, who is heartbroken over leaving his loved ones. He becomes caught in a timeless battle between gods and demons, traveling through fourteen different worlds. Along the way, he forms a surprising partnership and battles powerful, otherworldly forces in an attempt to bring peace back to the universe.
Ramya Krishna once again lends her voice to the character of Sivagami, continuing from her performance in the live-action movies. Prabhas, a leading Telugu actor, returns as Amarendra Baahubali, ensuring a familiar experience for fans. The screenplay is by Scott Mosier, known for his early work on films like Clerks and Dogma with Kevin Smith, and more recently, as a director of animated movies including The Grinch.
This animation was a truly international project, created with the help of studios in India (Mihira Visual Labs), the U.K. (Aniventure), Scotland (Zaratan), and France (Alcyde). It shows how teams from around the world worked together to bring it to life.
The first glimpse of the new film has already gotten fans excited to see Baahubali back in an epic and visually impressive story. With Prabhas reprising his role, director Shukla at the helm, and a script by Mosier, the movie looks set to be a thrilling continuation of the popular series.
