📢 November 5th (UTC) Routine Maintenance and Update

We’re planning some routine maintenance and updates on November 5th at Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). See below for more information.

Heads up, gamers! The game’s going down for maintenance on November 5th at 11:50 PM UTC and should be back up around 3:20 AM UTC on November 6th. That’s about 3 and a half hours of downtime, so plan accordingly. Basically, we won’t be able to play during that time while they work on things.

1. Season Event “Magic for Wishes” Update

The “Magic for Wishes” event will be updated with new content. This update will go live after the maintenance on November 5th and will be available until the maintenance on November 19th. The second part of the event’s story will become available, and the normal and challenge battles will be reset, allowing you to play them again. Finally, the event shop will be restocked with new items.

* In addition to the above products, various items necessary for growth will be sold.

Any Paid AP purchased from the Event Shop will be reset when the Season Event finishes, so be sure to use it all before then. The Event Shop will stay open for 14 days after the Magic for Wishes event ends, giving you time to spend any leftover event currency on items.

The Halloween event shop will stay open for two weeks after the event finishes. You’ll have time to use any leftover event currency to get the rewards you want.

We’re updating the bonus costumes available during the Season Event. Here are the costumes that will receive bonuses between November 5th and November 19th:

If you have multiple costumes that qualify for bonus events, the extra rewards you earn will add up – the more costumes you own, the bigger the bonus!

Alright gamers, get ready! We’re getting a chance to hunt the super tough monster, “Pumpkin Ghost Tanya (Light)” soon! You can find everything you need to prepare by hitting the “Fiend Hunter” button on the Season Event screen. Here’s the important stuff: we can start prepping after maintenance on November 5th and that lasts until November 12th at 11:59 PM UTC. Then, the actual hunt goes live November 13th at midnight UTC and runs until November 19th at 2:59 PM UTC. Let’s get geared up!

Pumpkin Ghost Tanya

The Enchanted Pumpkin is a popular toy in Fairy Tale Village, known for its ability to hide things. But it wasn’t always a toy! Long ago, powerful mages used it to capture ghosts. People thought they could trap the ghost Tanya inside, but instead, she ate all the magic within the Pumpkin. Now, she’s returned as a frightening ghost made of pumpkin!

– To enter the Season Event, tap ‘Fiend Hunter’ at the bottom of the UI.

2. Gear Upgrade/Dismantle Speed Improvement

– The time required for upgrading and Dismantling Gears will be improved.

Previously, the success or failure of each upgrade was calculated separately for each item. Now, upgrades will use a set chance of success, rather than calculating it individually. This also means the amount of gold used for upgrading will be a fixed amount based on that set chance.

You’ll now be able to craft, upgrade, or dismantle up to 2,000 gears at once. Also, when you upgrade or dismantle items in batches, your achievement progress will be calculated based on the new upgrade method and how much progress you’re expected to make.

 

3. Others

This update includes an upgraded engine and optimizations to the Home Menu, drawing features, and cutscenes, resulting in a more stable gaming experience. Please note that this update is larger than usual, so we recommend downloading it using a Wi-Fi connection.

We’ve also made improvements to Fiend Hunter and Guild Raid. The boss battle grid will no longer overlap with the condition skill UI, and the camera settings during these battles have been adjusted for better visibility.

We’ve clarified the descriptions of “Chain” in skill tooltips and updated the Guidebook with more accurate information. Chains can now reach a maximum of 100, but in Last Night mode, they can exceed this limit.

■ Pickup and New Character Information

The Young Lady Blade costume and Blade’s unique gear will be available for purchase after the November 5th update and before the November 19th update.

The information above applies to obtaining a Blade of UR grade for the first time. For complete details and stats, please refer to the Collection section within the game.

The Pure White Blessing Refithea Costume and special Little Fairy will be available in a limited-time offer. This offer runs from November 13th at 12:00 AM UTC to November 26th at 11:59 PM UTC. After the November 26th event ends, the Pure White Blessing Refithea Costume will be added to the Powder of Hope shop following the maintenance on December 3rd.

■ Costume and Exclusive Gear Schedule  

– Costumes and Exclusive Gear will be added according to the schedule below.  

■ Issue Fixes

– Fixed an issue where the touch area of the survey button was abnormal.
– Fixed an issue where the Apostle Random Defense achievement was not completed after clearing Wave 50 in certain cases.
ㄴ Accounts that did not receive the achievement will be compensated so the achievement is properly granted.
– Fixed an issue where the reward animation UI appeared multiple times when claiming puzzle event stage clear rewards under specific conditions.
– Fixed an issue where Bonding stats were not applied to costume skill information for characters appearing in the Last Night.
– Fixed an issue where an error popup appeared when using Teresse’s knockback skill in certain battles in Story Pack 12 – Hard Mode.
– Fixed an issue where rewards were not delivered when purchasing the Special Supply Package with Google Points.
– The “Replace” button will no longer be displayed on the Preset Edit screen.
– You will no longer be able to enter Neon Mode during the Neon Savior Angelica interaction.
– Fixed an issue where an error popup appeared after obtaining and dismantling a Legendary-grade item while performing Gear Crafting > Upgrading > Dismantling.
– Fixed an issue where the stat boost option icons overlapped with the turn counter UI during battles in the Tower of Salvation in portrait mode.
– Fixed an issue where the Mirror War ranking text was duplicated in My Info.
– Fixed an issue where the field character floated in mid-air at a specific location in the Pub of Story Pack 8.
– Fixed an issue where an error popup appeared when attempting to change gears in certain situations.
– Fixed an issue where Boo Ghost Granhildr’s standing illustration was abnormally displayed around the chest area during motion.
– Fixed an issue where Tyr’s title name was displayed incorrectly.
– Fixed an issue where the Ability Skill animation replayed after entering and exiting a battle following its use.
– The background music volume during Medical Club Teresse’s interaction will be adjusted to be lower.

We fixed a bug that caused the camera to move strangely if you started moving right after talking to a character. We also corrected a display error where the damage numbers for ‘Crystal’ enemies during the Tower of Salvation battles didn’t match the damage shown on the leaderboard.
