‘Don’t Date Brandon’ (2025)

This documentary series tells the story of two women who realize they were both conned by the same man. Together, they launch a podcast to investigate what happened. As they report, sharing interviews, personal recordings, and online clues, they uncover more potential victims. The series explores how romance scams work, the support systems for those affected, and the challenges of pursuing legal action. It debuted on Paramount+ on October 28th.

‘Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’ (2012– )

I’m totally hooked on this reality show! It follows the lives of people deeply involved in Atlanta’s hip-hop world – artists, the people behind the music, and their families. Each episode gives you a peek into everything – from recording music and planning tours to building businesses and, of course, the drama in their personal lives, especially when it comes to raising kids together. It’s like a real-life soap opera, with all these connected stories and collaborations. I was so excited when new episodes dropped on Paramount+ on October 29th!

‘Boston Blue’ (2025– )

This new series takes place in the world of ‘Blue Bloods’ and centers around Detective Danny Reagan, who moves to the Boston Police Department and teams up with Detective Lena Silver. Starring Donnie Wahlberg and Sonequa Martin-Green, the show is executive produced by Brandon Sonnier, Brandon Margolis, and Jerry Bruckheimer. The season features guest appearances from familiar faces in the ‘Blue Bloods’ universe, and one episode is directed by Bridget Moynahan. It premiered on Friday, October 17th.

‘Sheriff Country’ (2025– )

As a big fan of ‘Fire Country,’ I was really excited to check out this new spinoff. It centers around Sheriff Mickey Fox, played by Morena Baccarin, and it’s fascinating to see how she juggles the demands of her job with all the complications of family life. The show cleverly builds on storylines from ‘Fire Country,’ and it’s great to see W. Earl Brown pop up as well. Basically, it’s a compelling look at investigations and local politics in and around the town of Edgewater. It premiered on October 17th, and I’ve been hooked ever since!

‘Watson’ (2025– )

Taking place a year after Sherlock Holmes’s death, this series follows Dr. John Watson as he uses his medical skills to solve new crimes and grapple with the continuing impact of Moriarty. Created by Craig Sweeny, the show stars Morris Chestnut and features direction and executive production by Larry Teng.
