Paramount+ has a great selection this weekend, with both new releases and familiar favorites. You’ll find everything from 2025 movies just added to the service, to comforting classics and films that have earned awards. Here are ten titles you can start watching now, with a brief overview of each one – including what it’s about, who stars in it, and when it became available on Paramount+.

‘The Naked Gun’ (2025)

Liam Neeson stars in a funny, new installment of the classic police parody series, directed by Akiva Schaffer and coming to Paramount+ in 2025. Pamela Anderson and Paul Walter Hauser also feature in the film, which is intended to be enjoyable for both new and longtime fans, paying tribute to the original movies and the ‘Police Squad!’ TV show. It’s currently a popular choice among Paramount+ viewers.

‘Vicious’ (2025)

The new horror-thriller, directed by Bryan Bertino and starring Dakota Fanning, recently arrived on Paramount+. The film follows a terrifying chain of events triggered by a cursed object, leading to constant supernatural attacks. It premiered in October 2025 and quickly became one of the most popular titles on the streaming service, proving to be a standout addition to the platform’s horror selection.

‘Ozzy: No Escape from Now’ (2025)

This documentary follows Ozzy Osbourne through six important years of his life, starting with a serious injury in 2019. It shows him working on new music and performing what he thought would be his final shows, featuring honest conversations with his family and fellow musicians like Tony Iommi, Zakk Wylde, and James Hetfield. Directed by Tania Alexander, it first appeared on Paramount+ on October 7, 2025, and quickly became one of the platform’s most popular documentaries.

‘Fight or Flight’ (2025)

This fast-paced action-comedy takes place mostly on an airplane, where an agent must safeguard an important person as several hitmen try to eliminate them. Directed by James Madigan and featuring Josh Hartnett, Charithra Chandran, and Katee Sackhoff, the film had a limited release in theaters in the spring of 2025 before becoming available on Paramount+ in early October, where it has consistently ranked among the platform’s most popular titles.

‘Regretting You’ (2025)

This family drama, based on Colleen Hoover’s novel, premiered on Paramount+ on October 24th. It tells the story of a mother and daughter working to reconnect after a difficult event brings hidden truths to light. Josh Boone directed the film, and stars Allison Williams and Mckenna Grace, alongside Dave Franco, Mason Thames, Willa Fitzgerald, Scott Eastwood, and Clancy Brown.

‘Top Gun: Maverick’ (2022)

Okay, so I finally saw Top Gun: Maverick, and wow! Tom Cruise is back as Maverick, and this time he’s training a new group of pilots for a mission that seems totally insane. The coolest part? They actually filmed a lot of the aerial stuff inside real fighter jets with these crazy custom camera setups. It’s directed by Joseph Kosinski and stars Miles Teller, Jennifer Connelly, and Glen Powell – a fantastic cast. It even won an Oscar for its sound, which is totally deserved. Honestly, it’s become one of my go-to movies when I just want a really solid blockbuster experience, and it’s always available on Paramount+.

‘Men in Black’ (1997)

Men in Black, starring Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones, is a funny and action-packed sci-fi movie about secret agents who deal with aliens living on Earth. It launched a successful series of films and is known for its creative use of practical effects and memorable alien designs. You can still watch it today on Paramount+.

‘Scream’ (1996)

Wes Craven’s film Scream revitalized the horror genre with its clever, self-aware writing and a suspenseful mystery. Featuring Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, and David Arquette, it launched a successful franchise and remains a popular choice for Halloween viewing.

‘Sleepy Hollow’ (1999)

Tim Burton’s film reimagines the classic story of the Headless Horseman with a dark, visually striking style and a memorable score by Danny Elfman. Johnny Depp plays Ichabod Crane as a logical investigator, while Christina Ricci is Katrina Van Tassel. The movie won an Oscar for its art and set design and remains a popular choice for viewers on Paramount+ every year.

‘Finding Neverland’ (2004)

Directed by Marc Forster, this movie tells the true story of playwright J.M. Barrie and his close relationship with the Llewelyn Davies family, which inspired him to create ‘Peter Pan’. The film stars Johnny Depp and Kate Winslet, with supporting performances by Dustin Hoffman and Julie Christie. It was released as part of a larger collection of films added to Paramount+ on October 1.
