Okay, so I’m a huge fan of character design, and this one really caught my eye – it’s Ares, the God of War! If you’re into the Elestrals trading card game, you probably already know him – he’s quite the looker. But I wanted to share a little sneak peek at what’s coming for him in the Elestrals Awakened expansion.
War erupts once more as Ares, the powerful God of War, arrives in Elestrals Awakened. Accompanied by his brilliant champion, Celestleo, Ares controls the legendary Coliseum – a sacred arena where only the strongest magic-users can test their skills before the Gods. Each battle within its walls resonates with the sounds of triumph, mastery, and respect.
Despite the glory of the Coliseum, an ancient prophecy warns that the powerful Titans, who have been imprisoned for ages by the gods and the Elestrals, are beginning to awaken. With the rise of celestial flames, Ares prepares to guide a new group of heroes in a conflict that will determine the destiny of the Elestrals.
If you’re unfamiliar, here’s an overview of Elestrals Awakened: Based on the popular trading card game, Elestrals Awakened expands the game’s story, elemental magic, and exciting adventures into a complete, interactive world. You’ll play as a Caster, team up with a Spirit companion, and journey through elemental lands where old conflicts are resurfacing and powerful forces are stirring!
I’m a huge fan of games where you team up with a cute companion – think Pokémon! – and Elestrals Awakened is leaning into that big time. They’re promising over 100 unique creatures you can bond with, train, and battle alongside as you explore ancient ruins and awesome arenas. The big question is, can you collect them all and become a legend? You’ll have to play to find out! If you’re backing the game on Kickstarter and grabbing a digital copy, you’ll get to choose between a Steam code or a Nintendo Switch code, but that choice won’t be finalized until the campaign ends.
If you’ve pledged for access to the closed Alpha or Beta, you’ll receive Steam codes only. If you requested a Nintendo Switch code, your Alpha and Beta access will still be through Steam.
I’m a huge fan of games based on mythology, and honestly, combining that with the fun of catching creatures like in Pokémon? That’s brilliant! I’m so excited to finally get my hands on Elestrals Awakened and give it a try.
