Outer Worlds 2: All Flaws and what they do

The Outer Worlds 2 tracks your gameplay habits to create unique character flaws. If you repeat certain actions, the game will give you a flaw that has both advantages and disadvantages. While you can choose whether or not to accept these flaws, some can significantly enhance specific character builds.

N-Radiated Can camouflage for 30s When hit, 5% chance to camouflage, but take 5% max HP damage Complete N-Ray Range mission
Overprepared +50% magazine size -40% damage for 8s if clip empties Repeatedly reload your gun when clip isn’t empty
Reckless Leadership When one companion goes down, other is fully healed You cannot revive your companions in combat Don’t revive your downed companions regularly
