Pokemon Legends Z-A: Where to find Pansage, Pansear, and Panpour

So, Pokémon Legends: Z-A has these Wild Zones where you can find tons of Pokémon, but some are actually *outside* those areas, making them way harder to catch. I found this out while doing side quest #18, “A Pan-tastic Pot of Tea” – it asks you to catch the three elemental monkeys: Pansage, Pansear, and Panpour. It’s a bit of a hunt because they aren’t just hanging around in the usual spots!

These Pokémon are obtained differently than most others, so here’s a guide on how to catch them.

Pansage, Pansear, and Panpour location – Legends ZA

Elemental monkeys appear in trees throughout Lumiose City. While they can be hard to find, we’ve discovered a couple of reliable locations to help you find them faster. Check those spots, and then sit on any bench in the city to reset the monkey spawns and try your luck again.

Okay, so I found a really good spot for finding those monkeys. Head north out of Wild Zone 6 – basically, just keep going up the road. There’s a bunch of trees in the grassy area between the zone and the Pokémon Center, and that’s where they seem to be showing up. I’ve had a lot of luck farming them there!

The second location is a small plaza directly across from the Hibernal Pokémon Center. It’s opposite Café Kizuna and just behind Académie Etoile, and three trees there might spawn a monkey Pokémon.

If you don’t find a monkey in the trees, or if it’s not the right one, try looking on a bench and then fast-forwarding time to check again. By using this approach and checking both locations, we were able to find all three monkeys in about ten minutes.
