We found a problem where some players were given rewards for the Fiend Hunter season even if they didn’t play it. This happened if a player earned rewards in a past Fiend Hunter season but didn’t collect them, and then skipped the next season.
We’ve identified the root cause and have already resolved the problem.
To ensure everyone has a good experience, we’ll be collecting any rewards that were accidentally given out. This will happen in two stages, as explained below.
Hey everyone, just wanted to share some info about the Fiend Hunter season rewards. Apparently, some rewards were accidentally given to players who didn’t actually earn them through the season, so they’re collecting those back to make things fair. It’s a bit annoying, but I understand they need to fix the mistake!
Here’s the schedule for claiming rewards:
Wave 1:
* Date: Thursday, October 10, 2025, during scheduled maintenance.
* Rewards available: Draw Tickets and Refining Crystals.
Okay, so I just found out about Wave 2! It’s happening on Wednesday, October 23rd, 2025, during maintenance. We’ll be able to grab some Stickers and Trophies as rewards – I’m really excited to collect those!
Some rewards require extra processing and will be handled in the second wave.
