As we said before, we’re really looking forward to *Bugonia*, and we can’t wait to share an advance screening with you all. Yorgos Lanthimos is a director who consistently delivers films with a unique vision, a distinctive style, and a darkly humorous edge.
The new movie, *Bugonia*, centers around two young men who believe a powerful CEO is actually an alien trying to destroy the Earth, so they kidnap her. The question is: is this CEO really an alien, or are the two men just completely delusional? It’s a mystery that promises to be thrilling and keep viewers guessing.
I have to say, if I were an alien looking to take over Earth, pretending to be a powerful CEO would be a brilliant strategy! Whether or not the character Stone in *Bugonia* is actually an alien, I get the feeling this story is going to offer some really sharp, funny insights into the way our world is run. I’m expecting a clever and stylish commentary on everything going on around us.
Focus Features will be releasing the film *Bugonia* in select theaters on October 24th, with a wider release following on October 31st. And, as we previously announced, with TopMob, you can get tickets to an advance screening and see *Bugonia* before it’s available to the general public.
