Just a heads-up, the game’s getting some routine maintenance and updates on October 9th – that’s UTC time, so check the details below to see when it’ll be in your time zone!

Scheduled maintenance will take place from 11:50 PM to 3:00 AM UTC on October 9th – 10th (lasting 3 hours and 10 minutes). During this time, you won’t be able to access the game. More details will follow.

1. Mushoku Tensei Season 2 Collaboration Season Event Update

The Mushoku Tensei Season 2 collaboration event is coming back! It will run from after the maintenance on October 9th until before the maintenance on October 22nd (UTC). You can find the event by tapping the Mushoku Tensei Season 2 logo on the right side of the home screen. The event includes several parts: Event Story, Normal Battles, Challenge Battles, Fiend Hunter, and an Event Shop. Here are the details on when each part will be available.

– You can purchase various items at the event shop with event currency acquired from each content.

1) Mushoku Tensei Season 2 Event story information

Roxy, a mage eager to improve her abilities and stay ahead of her quickly-learning student, stumbled upon a mysterious magic tower. The tower’s owner, Eclipse, announced that whoever could unlock the secrets of a powerful magic book within would become its new owner. The book, however, demanded a diverse range of magical skills, proving too challenging for Roxy to tackle alone. Luckily, she found an ally in Schera, a visiting witch, and together they began to study the book. Their work was interrupted by a malfunctioning golem being constructed within the tower, causing chaos. To overcome the magic-resistant golem, Roxy and Schera attempt to utilize the ultimate magic hidden within the book’s pages…

Eris finds herself suddenly awake in a strange mountain setting, quickly realizing she’s dreaming. Since she hasn’t been able to practice her sword fighting as much as she’d like, she sees this as a perfect opportunity to train. During her practice, she’s confronted by Justia, a mysterious knight who criticizes her technique. Annoyed, Eris attacks, leading to a fierce battle. Watching from the sidelines is Alec, a tall man who decides to turn their fight into a challenging training session designed to help them both improve.

Stories will be released one after another starting on the first day of the event. You’ll need to read them in order to unlock each new one. If you finish all the stories, you’ll earn a special, limited-time title.

Here’s information about the Mushoku Tensei Season 2 event battles:

There are two types of battles: regular battles, which are easy for anyone to try, and challenge battles, which require more planning and a stronger team.

When you select a battle, you’ll see the recommended power level, your current power, the goals for the battle, and the rewards you can earn. You can also view details about the enemies before you fight.

Battles cost AP (Action Points) to enter. You get free AP daily at 9 AM KST, and you can buy more with diamonds in the event shop. Winning a battle uses 1 AP, but you won’t lose any AP if you lose or give up.

If you complete all the challenges on a stage, you can use the ‘quick battle’ feature to instantly earn rewards. You can also replay completed stages to earn more rewards with each win.

A new event, Fiend Hunter, is starting soon! You’ll be able to prepare to hunt the powerful monster “Berserker (Fire)”. You can find the Fiend Hunter event button on the main Season Event screen.

Here are the important dates:

* Preparation Period: Begins after the maintenance on October 9th and lasts until October 15th at 11:59 PM (UTC).
* Hunting Period: Starts October 16th at 12:00 AM (UTC) and ends October 22nd at 02:59 PM (UTC).

Okay, so I’m playing this game, and there’s this monster called the Berserker – a fiery, kinda lazy one, apparently. Everyone’s studied it, but nobody’s *ever* seen a baby one. Seriously, no one knows if it lays eggs or gives birth. This researcher is obsessed with finding a cub, so he keeps climbing this mountain. Then, he finally gets his answer, but it’s not what he expected. He was looking for a little one, but instead, he’s staring up at this *massive* adult – huge wings blocking out the sun, giant horns… he realizes he hadn’t failed to find a cub, he’d just been looking in the wrong place. Then, this thing opens its mouth, and you suddenly understand why no one’s ever reported seeing one and living to tell the tale. There’s a bit of a ruckus in the forest, but then… silence. Like it never even happened. Creepy, right?

The Mushoku Tensei Season 2 event will feature a shop where you can buy items using a special currency earned by playing the event’s content. Here’s a look at some of the key items available.

* In addition to the above products, various items necessary for growth will be sold.

Any paid Affinity Points (AP) purchased in the event store will be reset when the Mushoku Tensei Season 2 event concludes, so be sure to use them before then. The event store will remain open for 14 days after the event ends, allowing you to spend any leftover event currency on items.

The special shop for the STARLIGHT CHILD event will stay open for two weeks after the event finishes. You’ll still be able to use any leftover event currency to claim rewards during that time.

During seasonal events, owning specific event costumes can earn you extra event currency in certain game modes. From October 9th to October 22nd (UTC), the costumes that provide these bonuses are listed below.

If you have more than one costume for the event, the extra event currency you earn from each will be added together.

■ Pickup and New Character Information

The highly anticipated Roxy Costume will be available in the game after the maintenance on October 9th and before the maintenance on October 22nd (UTC).


For complete details on character skills and stats, please refer to the Collection menu within the game. Please note that the Respected Master Roxy Costume is a special, limited-time item and won’t become available for purchase with Powder of Hope or through Selective Draws in the future.

The Roxy costume from Emerging Desire is now available in the game. It will be available from after the maintenance on October 9th until before the maintenance on October 22nd (UTC).


For complete details on abilities and features, please see the Collection menu within the game. The Emerging Desire Roxy Costume is a special, limited-time item and won’t be available for purchase in the Powder of Hope Shop or through Selective Draw. Getting the Emerging Desire Roxy costume also unlocks a unique, limited-time event title.

Roxy’s unique equipment, including Roxy’s Staff, will be available for pickup. Roxy’s Staff will be available starting after the maintenance on October 9th and before the maintenance on October 22nd (UTC time).


The stats listed are for UR Roxy’s Staff as it is when you first get it. You can find complete and up-to-date information in the game’s Collection menu. Please note that this special gear is only available for a limited time, so be sure to get it before the event ends!

The special costume for the character Eris will be available to collect in-game. It will be available after the maintenance on October 9th and will disappear after the maintenance on October 22nd (UTC time).

I’m so excited! They’re releasing the Cat Eris costume in the shop! It looks like we can get it starting after the maintenance on October 9th and it’ll be available until the maintenance on October 22nd – both times are UTC, just so everyone knows!

The Your Very Own Cat Eris Costume is a special, limited-time item and won’t become available in the Powder of Hope Shop or through Selective Draw. Plus, you’ll receive a unique event title when you get the Your Very Own Cat Eris costume.

A special item, Eris’s Sword, will be available to collect. It will be available after the maintenance on October 9th and before the maintenance on October 22nd (UTC).


Just a heads-up, the stats I’m talking about are for UR Eris’s Sword as you first get it. If you want the *really* detailed info, definitely check the collection menu in the game itself. And seriously, this gear is super limited – once the pickup event is over, you won’t be able to get it again, so don’t miss out!

The Code Name A Rafina Costume and Exclusive Gear E.P.G will be available in the Pickup starting October 16th at 12:00 AM (UTC) and will be removed before the October 30th maintenance. After the November 5th maintenance, the Code Name A Rafina Costume will also be available in the Powder of Hope shop.

■ Issue Fixes

We’ve addressed several bugs! The app will no longer freeze when dashing with the Magic Circle ability. Darian’s expressions now change correctly during the Stigma of Dreams event story. A display issue where a member request pop-up appeared behind another pop-up on the guild page has been fixed. Finally, the roulette currency icon in the Full Moon event will now disappear as intended.
