The playful and good-natured teasing showcases the established and familiar relationship between Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart. These two actors have appeared in several movies together, such as Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, Jumanji: The Next Level, and Central Intelligence.
As a fan, I’ve always loved how their on-screen chemistry works – it’s such a great mix of Kevin Hart’s hilarious energy and Dwayne Johnson’s action-hero vibe. But it’s not just for the cameras! They genuinely seem to be close friends, with a lot of respect for each other and a playful sense of humor. You could really see that side of Johnson in this interview, he was definitely teasing Hart in a friendly way.
The Smashing Machine brings Dwayne Johnson back together with Emily Blunt, who starred alongside him in Jungle Cruise, and suggests a new and interesting relationship between them. Though Kevin Hart isn’t part of this project, people are enjoying the fun comparisons to their previous work together.
