Bandai Namco recently addressed concerns about AI-created images circulating online. These images falsely showed the company’s logo on disturbing packaging related to current events. Bandai Namco confirmed the images are not official and stated they strongly disapprove of anyone using their logo in this way.
Bandai Namco Toys & Collectibles America Inc. wants to state clearly that it strongly opposes all violence and does not allow its brand, products, or logo to be used in connection with it. The company confirms that recent images circulating are not created by, approved by, or associated with Bandai Namco in any way.
As a big fan of Bandai Namco, I was really glad to hear they’re taking action against people who are putting out fake or misleading content using their characters and logos. They said they’re looking into it right now and actively removing anything that doesn’t represent the brand properly. Honestly, it’s great to see them standing up for their work – they made it clear this kind of misuse isn’t okay and won’t be accepted.

Entertainment Industry Faces Mounting Fallout
The death of Charlie Kirk has caused widespread controversy and upset in the entertainment, comic book, and gaming worlds. Several celebrities, like Michael Keaton and Ava Raine, have faced criticism for their comments, and major companies – including Bethesda, Epic Games, Blizzard, and SEGA – have been called out after staff and artists either made fun of or openly celebrated his death.
DC Comics canceled Gretchen Felker-Martin’s *Red Hood* comic series following controversial posts she made online. Meanwhile, artist Alex Ross was criticized after his social media account briefly shared and then removed a Superman image related to the situation. Author Stephen King also faced strong criticism for inaccurate statements he made about Kirk, and later apologized before promoting his new movie, *The Long Walk*.
The video game industry has been significantly affected by the recent events. Drew Harrison, a developer on the game *Ghost of Yōtei*, lost her job after publicly celebrating the death of Kirk. This led to a lot of negative reactions to the game’s new trailer. Additionally, Tyler Robinson, the person accused of killing Kirk, reportedly wrote gaming-related messages on the bullets used in the crime.
