This sub-region can be discovered along Sinner’s Road or Bilewater, depending on the path you choose. In essence, The Mist resembles the Lost Woods from Zelda: Ocarina of Time, as each chamber offers multiple escape routes. Making a wrong turn could result in being returned to the starting point.

How to navigate The Mist – HK: Silksong
In simpler terms, to discover the correct exit for each room in The Mist, keep an eye out for the radiant moths hovering around. If you haven’t done so already, venture off to Bellhart where you’ll face Widow, defeat her, and gain the Needolin ability. Once acquired, position yourself near these luminescent moths and activate Needolin. After a brief moment, the moths will respond and fly towards the appropriate exit.
Perform this action approximately 5 to 6 times, and eventually, you’ll discover the exit that will transport you into an area known as Exhaust Organ. Venture in, ascend the first pipe, and veer left to locate a bench where you can respawn without having to traverse The Mist again.
