In Hornet’s travels, one of her initial tasks is the Berry Picking quest. This assignment comes from the Moss Druid and involves gathering Mossberries, which can be found in various locations across the game, including some that are hidden or challenging to find. For the Druid’s mission, you need three Mossberries. While there are more Mossberries in the game, some early-game Mossberries are easier to obtain and deliver to finish this quest.

Here, we’ll walk you through the locations where you can gather Mossberries for your Berry Picking mission, and highlight the benefits you’ll reap upon finishing this quest.

Berry Picking Mossberry locations – HK: Silksong 

For this particular mission, you can locate three easily accessible MossbERRIES, though there are additional, somewhat hard-to-get ones. Fortunately, these extra ones aren’t essential for finishing the quest successfully.

You’re likely to stumble upon the first Mossberry without needing the Berry Picking mission first. You can find it nestled at the base of Moss Grotto, which is where the game begins.

Begin moving to your left after exiting the damaged enclosure. Then, ascend within the farthest chamber on the left side. Continue climbing until you reach the upper left corner of the cave, which can be seen from above. There, you’ll find a Mossberry waiting for you to pick it up.

As an enthusiast, I’m excited to share that, right below where you receive the quest from the Moss Druid, you can find the second Mossberry! After exiting the Moss Druid’s cave, look for a spot to descend. Once you’ve made your way down, follow the path to the right. There, you’ll notice a breakable wall that you can hit with your nail to discover a hidden path leading to the coveted Mossberry!

As an excited explorer, I charge headlong through the right wall, only to find myself facing a soaring creature guarding a radiant Mossberry! After a thrilling battle, I triumphantly seize the gleaming treasure from its grasp.

To fully utilize the Final Mossberry, you’ll need a skill above your standard repertoire, which is Swift Step. You can obtain Swift Step in the Deep Docks region, and after getting it, you might find it helpful to quickly teleport back to Bone Bottom using fast travel.

As a gamer, let’s dive back into the enchanting Moss Grotto. This time, instead of going left, I’m veering right. My destination? The chamber all the way on the right side of this magical grove. Hanging high above is a glowing Mossberry, and to knock it down, I’ll need to muster my speed with Swift Step for a well-timed leap!
