For avid completionists, the Hunter’s Journal in Hollow Knight: Silksong is likely to be a vital tool. It serves as a sort of comprehensive compendium, recording every foe you conquer throughout the game, complete with intriguing lore and engaging descriptions if you manage to defeat enough of a specific enemy type. Additionally, there are incentives linked to registering sufficient monsters in your journal, making it well worth collecting.
We’ll explain where you get the journal so you can start recording all of your hard work.
How to get the Hunter’s Journal – HK: Silksong

In the game Silksong, you’ll discover the Journal hidden within the Halfway House, which lies west of Greymoore. To reach this location, you need to venture through the Far Fields first, acquire the Drifter’s Cloak, and learn the gliding ability. After soaring above and colliding with Greymoore, proceed westward, and you’ll spot the Halfway House along your journey. However, keep in mind that you’ll need to scale over it to find the entrance.
Inside, make your way up to the highest point, and there you’ll encounter Nuu, who will hand over a journal and ask you to record 100 monsters in it as a task. Once completed, return for a special surprise that awaits you.
