As a devoted admirer, I’m thrilled to share that Bulgari made a triumphant comeback at Geneva Watch Days with three stunning novelties that have left me absolutely captivated! The stage was set for the Octo Finissimo Lee Ufan, a masterpiece that seamlessly blends art and horology. The Octo Finissimo Marble Tourbillon, with its breathtaking marble dial, is another testament to Bulgari’s unwavering commitment to innovation and aesthetic brilliance. Lastly, the all-new BVLGARI BRONZO Collection has introduced a fresh wave of elegance that’s sure to make waves in the world of watches.
Octo Finissimo Lee Ufan x BVLGARI
The partnership with renowned Korean artist Lee Ufan focuses around a significant piece of his art, which merges a stone (representing solidity and boundaries) with the endless reflections of a mirror. This exclusive collection of 150 timepieces features a 40mm titanium case and bracelet that have been meticulously hand-filed. The dial mirrors Lee’s distinctive style, creating a conversation between stone and reflection. Operated by the BVL 138 micro-rotor movement, the watch is only 5.5 mm high and bears Lee Ufan’s signature on its back in his own handwriting.
Octo Finissimo Marble Tourbillon
In addition to this, BVLGARI introduces the Octo Finissimo Marble Tourbillon – a limited edition, 40mm extra-thin platinum masterpiece, with only 30 pieces available. This watch boasts a dial made from deep blue Italian marble, featuring a flying tourbillon powered by the manual-wind BVL 268 movement. The union of geological majesty and horological refinement is showcased in this piece. The profound emotional and aesthetic influence of the marble, deeply rooted in Roman culture, makes this watch a triumphant blend of technical prowess and emotional resonance.
BVLGARI BRONZO Collection
Introducing for the first time is the Bulgari Bronzo Collection, where bronze takes its place in the renowned Aluminium series for the very first time. The Bronzo Chronograph embodies motor racing precision with a sandblasted bronze case, black rubber bezel, azure counters and tachymeter scale. Underneath this design is the B381 automatic chronograph movement, offering a power reserve of 42 hours.
For the first time in Bulgari’s Aluminium series, bronze is now part of the Bronzo Collection. The Bronzo Chronograph reflects motor racing precision with a sandblasted bronze case, black rubber bezel, azure counters and tachymeter scale. Its heart is the B381 automatic chronograph movement that ensures a power reserve of 42 hours.
The 40mm Bronzo GMT model, a relative to it, features a sandblasted bronze case paired with a black rubber bezel. Inside is a lacquered 24-hour disc and hands coated in rose gold. This timepiece operates on the self-winding B192 GMT caliber, offering a power reserve of 50 hours and 10 ATM water resistance. Both models showcase how Bulgari’s concept of luxury comes from blending innovative materials with classic design through the changing patina of bronze.
As an ardent admirer, I can’t help but share this exciting news! For complete information on when and how much you can get your hands on the latest innovations from BVLGARI, make sure to check out their official site.
