Playboi Carti Announces Headlining ‘Antagonist 2.0’ Tour, With Support From Entire Opium Crew

Although the initial “Antagonist Tour” didn’t come to fruition, Playboi Carti has unveiled a fresh headlining tour known as the “Antagonist 2.0 Tour.” Set to commence in October, this North American tour will see support from every member of the Opium crew: Destroy Lonely, Ken Carson, Homixide Gang, and Apollo Red.

Back in the summer of 2023, I, as a dedicated gamer and music enthusiast, was thrilled to learn about my favorite artist, Carti, announcing the Antagonist Tour. The lineup looked fantastic, with support from the Opium label. However, life had other plans, and the tour got postponed to 2024. Unfortunately, it never happened as the tour was eventually cancelled.

The rival character (Antagonist 2) sets off on October 3, starting with a performance in Salt Lake City, Utah. After that, the itinerary includes shows spanning California, along with concerts in Detroit, Boston, Brooklyn, Charlotte, Tampa, and concluding with a final show in Atlanta on December 1.
