Orbx recently unveiled the upcoming addition, “Jurassic World: Archipelago,” for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 on both PC and Xbox Series X|S. This expansion pack will introduce the fictional islands situated off the coast of Costa Rica, where you’ll find the renowned dinosaur-cloning and entertainment facilities that are synonymous with the franchise.
Due to a legitimate permit acquired from Universal Products & Experiences, you can anticipate that the simulation will feature replicas of your beloved movie-inspired landmarks.
In the game, the locations such as Isla Nublar, Isla Matanceros, Isla Pena, Isla Sorna, Isla Muerta, Isla Tacano, Herradura Bay Marine, and Juan Santamaria International Airport will be incorporated. These areas will be depicted as they appeared prior to the 2015 Jurassic World film release.
Soar over islands, touch down at notable spots, and engage in aviation tasks such as VIP Transportation and Guided Tours. You can also venture to the mainland featuring a custom-built ferry dock and enhanced international airport, complete with a VIP terminal reminiscent of Jurassic World.
In the upcoming expansion, dinosaurs are expected to make an appearance. The landscape will be teeming with prehistoric creatures, not just on land but also in water and air. Orbx has already announced a variety of these animals that players can expect to encounter.
- Apatosaurus
- Brachiosaurus
- Dimorphodon
- Gallimimus
- Mosasaurus
- Pteranodon
- Stegosaurus
- Tyrannosaurus rex
- Velociraptor
More, the developer stated, are yet to be confirmed. Archipelago does not have a release date yet.
