If you were among those who disliked Augur, especially in its Sovereign version, find comfort: On August 7th, 3 AM CEST (that’s 6 PM PDT on August 8th, Pacific Daylight Time), Fissure in the Fog will get the Everdark upgrade. In this update, Caligo, Night’s Miasma, a character you play against, has been strengthened and possibly equipped with new moves.
For the next seven days, Tricephalos and Equilibrius Beast will take over as the Everdark Sovereigns. As is customary, defeating them yields Sovereign Sigils. These sigils can be exchanged for unique relics. If you conquer one for the first time, extra sigils are your reward.
Indeed, FromSoftware hasn’t shared any information yet about the potential eighth and final Nightlord, nor if it will receive the Everdark Sovereign treatment. However, with extra DLC set to release later this year, there’s a chance we might hear an announcement during Gamescom Opening Night Live on August 19th. Keep an eye out for further updates until then.
As a fervent admirer, I’m thrilled to share that “Elden Ring Nightreign” is now accessible on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, and PC. Since its debut in May last year, it has sold over five million copies! For those eager to delve into the game, our review focuses on the base version. However, remember that it has undergone several enhancements, such as the addition of Duo Expeditions, making the gaming experience even more captivating!
