On the July 28th episode of General Hospital, Willow dramatically left her wedding to Drew. Her departure came after hearing his heartfelt vows, which prompted an unexpected question: had he slept with her mother, Nina? Upon Drew’s confirmation, Willow exploded in anger and terminated the ceremony, tearfully walking away. Simultaneously, Michael unveiled a stunning revelation from Kristina that might further complicate their family situation.
Willow confronts Drew at the altar
In the church, Drew started expressing his wedding promises to Willow, discussing their love and what they’d build together in the future. However, things became tense when Willow raised doubts about his past with Nina. Drew was momentarily silent but eventually admitted to it. Willow withdrew, accusing him of prioritizing himself over her kids and using Wiley for personal gain. Alexis discretely escorted Scout out of the church as the disagreement intensified.
In spite of Drew trying to explain his behavior, Willow couldn’t find it in her heart to forgive him. This caused her to leave the church, clearly distressed. Nina stepped in to prevent Drew from chasing after Willow, which led to a heated argument between them. Drew accused Nina of revealing the truth, but she stood her ground. She told him that no one believed him now and revealed that she was secretly glad Willow had walked away from him.
Kristina admits to Michael she nearly killed Ric
In another location, Michael engaged in a deep talk with Kristina at Alexis’ residence. It was there he discovered that Kristina had been bribing Cody to charm Ava, and that she had previously tampered with the brakes on a car she believed belonged to Ava. However, it turned out the vehicle actually belonged to Ric, who suffered near-fatal injuries in the accident along with Elizabeth. Kristina confessed that Ric and Ava were now extorting Alexis.
Michael was both amazed and thankful when Kristina ultimately admitted the truth. Yet, Kristina cautioned him against disclosing this information to Alexis. Upon her return home with Scout, Alexis shared that their wedding plans had been canceled due to Willow discovering Drew and Nina’s past history.
Jason questions Carly about Britt’s death
In Carly’s home, I (Jason) inquired from her whether Britt had been laid to rest or reduced to ashes, which left me pondering my future actions. Carly, who didn’t have the answers, expressed concern over my thought process. Later, I encountered Liesl at the wedding venue and requested a private conversation about Britt.
In a different narrative, I found myself discussing the importance of maintaining emotional distance while working undercover with a colleague, let’s call him Brennan. We traced a suspicious device to the luxurious Five Poppies resort, but just as we were about to move in, the signal mysteriously vanished, leaving us with unease that our cover could be compromised. Later on, the suspect we were tracking showed up at Britt’s lab in Croatia. When asked if there had been any complications, Britt expressed curiosity.
When Drew sought Martin’s legal assistance, an emotional Willow unexpectedly visited Carly’s residence, still adorned in her bridal attire. She confided in Carly that she urgently needed to be with her kids.
