In a recent reveal, S-Game unveiled 22 minutes of fresh gameplay for their upcoming hack-and-slash action RPG, Phantom Blade Zero, which is destined for PS5 and PC. Although we don’t have a confirmed launch date yet, this sneak peek offers a glimpse into the skills of protagonist Soul and the diverse range of weaponry available. You can catch the gameplay below, courtesy of IGN.
In addition to the existing battles, new boss fights have been introduced such as Wan Jun, known as “Coppermaul”, who uses a massive mace in combat, and Red Wraith, an agile enemy that jumps around. Notable weapons used by Soul include the Seamless Death, a pair of bladed rings capable of homing in on targets. The game concludes with a battle against the disciple of the Seven Stars, a previously disclosed boss (though there’s additional information about the faceless fighters beforehand).
As a gaming enthusiast, I’m excitedly anticipating the upcoming release of Phantom Blade Zero, which is currently in development for both PS5 and PC platforms. While there’s no official confirmation yet, I’m keeping my fingers crossed that we might also see it on Xbox Series X/S. The game is rumored to hit the shelves sometime in Fall 2026, although the exact release date is yet to be disclosed this year. S-Game has hinted that the storyline could take players around 20 to 30 hours to complete, making it an immersive and engaging experience. For more details and a sneak peek into the features, be sure to check out their official updates!
