Banner Guide – Reclaimed Destiny Sacred Justia

Official Patch Notes

Overview

Warning: this is not a Justia costume. Sacred Justia is a different character!

Huge range with potential upgrade

No cooldown from +4 onwards

Exceptionally high damage is inflicted on monsters and during Fiend Hunts, making it particularly effective for achieving high scores in the Tower of Pride and against Dark Fiend bosses.

Unlike base Justia, Sacred Justia can crit!

High SP cost + no cooldown = very expensive SP upkeep

Not so effective against single target bosses and small mobs

To maximize its potential, this item necessitates substantial investment. A significant upgrade is highly recommended, but the cooldown reduction will only be accessible after level +4.

Sacred Justia for PVE

In the context of these characters, Sacred Justia is considered distinct from Justia, not just a different outfit for the same character. At present, Sacred Justia only has one costume, referred to as “Reclaimed Destiny“. Importantly, Sacred Justia shares the exact base stats with regular Justia.

You are allowed to use both Sacred Justia and Justia in the same team.

Sacred Justia is great for 3 different kinds of PVE battles.

Initially, she excels at eliminating numerous opponents in both narrative and challenge battles. At maximum potential (+5), when she strikes a group of 10 targets, the power of her skill is magnified by an astonishing 13 times (1300%). Even if she only hits 4 targets, her skill’s power is still amplified by 7 times (700%), which is more potent than most AOE costumes. Additionally, Sacred Justia is a light-type character, making her effective against all enemies because there are no opponents that can resist her. Consequently, she is ideal for swiftly clearing mobs during story battles.

To put it simply, she excels in both monster hunts and guild battles, particularly those with a dark theme. In most common boss configurations, she can deal damage to 6 to 9 targets simultaneously, leading to a substantial total damage. Moreover, her skill doesn’t have a cooldown from level +4, allowing for frequent use and high overall damage output. However, be mindful of her SP usage as she consumes 5 SP per turn. To maintain continuous use, you might need to support her with other team members like PF.Refi or B.Seir who can help manage SP.

Thirdly, she excels at earning high scores in Tower of Pride. You need light attackers for three out of six floors in the Tower of Pride. Currently, you can achieve a maximum score on these light attacker levels with BG.Justia and CI.Yuri. However, Sacred Justia offers a fresh, simpler approach to securing a perfect score on those levels now.

In simpler terms, Sacred Justia performs poorly when battling individual enemies or small groups of enemies. For instance, there are certain story and challenge battles that feature powerful bosses who cannot be defeated in a single turn. After clearing any initial mobs on the first turn, Sacred Justia struggles to deal high damage. In Tower of Salvation, she’s useful to have in your team, but not always dependable as your primary attacker because you won’t always encounter large groups. Furthermore, she is not a good choice for Last Night battles due to her weak performance.

Sacred Justia for PVP

It’s no secret that Sacred Justia’s 5 SP skill comes at a high price point for Player vs Player (PVP) battles. For the majority of costumes with high Special Points (SP) requirements, the benefits simply don’t justify the SP investment. However, her damage and range are substantial enough to potentially work in PVP defense teams. Yet, there are more reliable and consistent alternatives available.

Conclusion

Justia’s primary focus lies in providing affordable, precise damages, similar to a surgical tool. Conversely, Sacred Justia operates more like a powerful rocket launcher. It carries high costs, extends over a wide area, and delivers significant damage.

Investing in Sacred Justia might not be ideal due to the growing popularity of light-based characters. While Sacred Justia was initially the most powerful light attacker, characters like Olivier, Michaela, and Ventana, who specialize in rampage damage, high magic damage, and single target damage respectively, have emerged as some of the game’s most overpowered characters within the light element. Although these characters boast higher raw damage potential than Sacred Justia, they are often used in specific situations and lack the consistent AOE and no-cooldown attack that Justia offers. In terms of general PVE utility, Justia is unmatched among light characters; however, she may not always be the optimal choice for dark fiend hunts or guild raids as other light characters excel in these scenarios.

As a devoted admirer of Sacred Justia, I can’t stress enough the importance of having at least +4 investment to bypass the cool-down on her unique skill. Unfortunately, Sacred Justia doesn’t have any alternate costumes, making this investment crucial for fully enjoying her abilities in battle.
