According to the reliable French magazine Dealabs, it’s anticipated that Battlefield 6 will be available for purchase starting October 10, 2025, on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S consoles.
It appears that both the Standard Edition and Phantom Edition are set to release simultaneously, suggesting that Electronic Arts may avoid any delay tactics regarding early access. According to Dealabs, the game is expected to retail for €69.99 EUR on PC and €79.99 on consoles. If you’re interested in the Phantom Edition, be prepared to spend an additional €30.
Based on my findings from delving into the EA App’s launcher, it seems there was hinted talk about an open beta test happening in August 2025. Although Dealabs hasn’t verified this specific detail, excitingly, EA themselves have now confirmed that a beta version will indeed be rolled out!
According to official announcements, Battlefield 6 is slated for a release date prior to March 2026. On July 24, 2025, a teaser trailer for the game will be made available online.
Just like any other time when information leaks, it’s wise to approach it cautiously and wait for an official verification before taking it as fact.
