As a result, humanity has been confined under a severe and strict quarantine. Despite these harsh conditions, some people have managed to carve out a life for themselves amidst the infected population.

When one of them dares to explore deep into the mainland, he encounters a mutation that has infiltrated not just the infected but other surviving individuals as well.
