Starting December 15th, after the scheduled maintenance, the BrownDust2 Web Shop will let you switch your region and the currency you use for payments.
Previously, if your current location didn’t match the country listed on your BrownDust2 account, you may have had trouble with payments or been charged unexpected fees.
To avoid issues, we’re introducing a feature that lets you update your region and currency one time per account. Here’s how to adjust your settings:
Here’s how to change your region and currency:
1. Go to the Web Shop and click on your username in the top-right corner.
2. On your account page, find and click the “Payment Currency” option.
3. Choose your desired region and currency from the dropdown menus.
4. Double-check your selections, then type “I have confirmed” (or the message shown on screen) and click “Continue.”
Please be careful when setting your region and currency, as you can only change them once per account. After your first change, these settings are final. Changing your region and currency will also erase any mileage you’ve already earned. Finally, the payment options available will vary depending on the region and currency you choose, so please confirm which methods are supported.
