1) Accounts Affected
– Accounts with Season Pass and Character Pass reset
2) Maximizing Level for Standard and Premium Passes:
– The adjustment will be made to the maximum level for these passes:
– Journey to Another World Season Pass
– SPECIAL Season Pass
– Nebris Character Pass (Labyrinth GateKeeper)
3) As a cherished customer, I’m excited to know that my premium pass will be reactivated! If I’ve made a purchase in the past, it’ll be back to its full potential and ready for use once more.
4) Processing of Rewards
– Any rewards from the last level you reached before the problem occurred will be marked as claimed.
– For levels beyond that, all rewards will become available for collection.
– Upon login following the May 21 maintenance, Nebris Character Pass level rewards will automatically be obtained.
5) Scheduled Maintenance Timeline
– Adjustment of pass levels to maximum on May 21, 2025, during the routine maintenance.
– Diamond refund for pass level purchases on June 4, 2025, also during the scheduled maintenance.

During the scheduled maintenance on June 4, 2025, any diamonds used to purchase pass levels will be refunded. You’ll receive a separate notification once this process is complete.
For any rewards that may have been duplicated after the reset, we will conduct additional checks and address them separately. Further details about this process will be shared in a different notification.
