We’re aware of an issue that can cause the app to crash during the box delivery quest if you try to place boxes on top of each other. Our team is working on a solution, but in the meantime, please leave a little space between each box when you place them to prevent the crash.
Some players with iPhones haven’t been able to get into the game since the update on November 6th. We’re aware of the issue and are working on a fix that we announced yesterday. A new version of the game is coming soon to resolve the connection problems.
We’re sorry for the trouble, and we appreciate your patience while we finish releasing the update.
