In Fiend Hunter, the harm inflicted as Damage over Time (DoT) isn’t instantly displayed on the monster’s Health bar. Instead, all the accumulated DoT damage is shown at once when the first character from the next team initiates an attack. This implies that although the Health bar doesn’t reflect changes in real-time during combat, the DoT damage is accurately calculated and included in the final battle results.
