Just letting you know that distributing the rewards for the Guild Raid that finished on February 23rd is taking a little longer than expected.
This Guild Raid season had a slightly different schedule than usual, and unfortunately, we had a problem with how the settlement system was working.
We’re very sorry for the delay in delivering Guild Raid rewards to everyone who’s been waiting.
We’ll be completing the delayed settlement and reward distribution in one go during our maintenance on February 25th. This will ensure everything is processed correctly and reliably.
Season rewards will be distributed during maintenance on February 25, 2026. To be eligible, you must have played at least once during this Guild Raid season.
You’ll still get your rewards for the Guild Raid even if you’ve switched guilds or left your old one, as long as you played during the season.
I’m really sorry for all the trouble things have been causing lately. The team is working hard to fix everything and make sure it runs smoothly from now on, and I appreciate their effort!
