📢 Guild Raid “Lancelot” Skill Issue & Season Re-Run Notice

We’ve discovered a problem in the current Guild Raid where one character’s skill isn’t functioning correctly. Here are the details, along with what we’re doing to fix it. We’re very sorry for the unfair gameplay experience this has caused.

There’s a known problem with the character Lancelot. When he uses his ability “Blessing of the Lake”, it’s incorrectly resetting the cooldowns of skills used by his allies during the same turn.

We’ve identified a problem that could potentially impact scores in specific situations. Because fairness is very important for Guild Raid content, we’re taking the following steps to address it.

The current Guild Raid season is ending, and all scores and rankings will be reset.

We’re giving all players who took part in this Guild Raid season the best possible rewards as an apology for the recent issues. This applies to everyone, no matter how you performed. Just to let you know, this doesn’t include emblems or stickers.

We’re working on a fix for the current issue, and it will be included in our next update. After the update, we’ll restart the season so everyone can participate in Guild Raids fairly.

We’ll share more information about how rewards will be given out and when the bonus season starts in a future announcement.

We’re truly sorry for the trouble this has caused, and we’re committed to making our service more reliable and equitable going forward.
