We recently found a bug in Golden Colosseum Season 2 where players weren’t always receiving the correct number of victory points after winning a match. This has now been resolved. To make things right for those affected, we’ve also taken the following steps:
Hey everyone, just wanted to say we’re really sorry about the points issue during the start of the ranking season. It was frustrating for a lot of us, and the team has been working hard to fix things. So, for anyone who didn’t get the correct points in their matches because of the bug, here’s what they’ve done to make it right:
We identified an issue affecting players who only earned 1 victory point during a specific time. To fix this, we’ve refunded the Action Points (AP) spent in those affected battles, allowing you to replay them and earn points as intended. The AP adjustments and refunds were completed on December 11th at 7:15 UTC.
We’re really sorry for the trouble this has caused. We’re working hard to make our service more reliable and enjoyable for you.
