Look, I get it – accidentally scrapping a really good piece of gear is the worst. It’s super frustrating, and honestly, I feel for anyone who’s been there. It’s happened to me, and it really stinks!

We’ve been carefully considering the best way to safeguard your hard-earned progress in BrownDust2. Our goal is not only to recover any lost items, but also to establish a system that’s fair and benefits all players.

Setting this up has required thorough review and careful planning on our part.

We’re sorry, but due to data restrictions and to be fair to everyone, we can’t offer assistance with items that were dismantled before this policy was announced.

We hope you’ll understand this decision.

Who can request a gear restoration? We can help if you accidentally dismantled any of the following items.

– Exclusive Gear
– Fiend Hunter Gear
– Crafted Gear (UR IV)

🚩 Restoration Policy
– Each account is eligible for restoration once only.

We’re offering this as a one-time fix for any errors, so the number of items we can restore is limited. Thanks for your patience.

📋 How to Apply
– Please submit a 1:1 inquiry via the in-game [Customer Support] menu.

Please provide these details so we can process your request: your nickname, the precise name and any specific options of the item you took apart (as much detail as you can recall), and roughly when you disassembled it (date and time).

Important things to keep in mind:

We can only help with gear restoration if you submit your request within 7 days of taking it apart.
 Restoration can only be done once per account, so please think carefully before requesting it.
If your gear is restored, any materials you received when dismantling it (like Refining Crystals and Stones) will be taken back.
 We may not be able to restore your gear if we can’t verify your request or if the information you provide isn’t enough.
